Help with Physique: Body Measurements. Most questions are answered below; for anything else, write to us.

Email support@sergeytyo.com. Include the app version (Settings, bottom of the screen) and what you were doing. Please do not send your measurements or passwords by email.

Delete your account

1. Open Physique and go to Settings → Delete account.
2. Enter a short reason (at least 5 characters) and confirm. You need to be online.
3. Physique sends your deletion request and signs you out. Connected AI assistants stop working at once.

We complete the deletion within 30 days of your request. It removes your measurements, notes, settings, profile, AI assistant connections and sign-in account. If you change your mind before it is done, sign back in with the same account and the request is cancelled. Details are in the Privacy Policy. If you cannot use the app, email us.

Export your data

You can export every entry as CSV or JSON in two ways:

• Command line. Install physique-cli (npm install -g physique-cli), run physique login, then physique export --output physique.csv. Add --format json for JSON.
• An AI assistant. Connect an assistant to Physique and ask it to export your entries; it uses the export_entries tool.

Manage AI assistant connections

You can see and revoke every connected assistant, and the command line tool, at connect.getphysique.app/connections. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in Physique. Revoking stops that assistant from making new requests straight away. To set up a new connection, start from the AI assistants page.
